I want to Improve Quantity/Quality Assessment

Quality and quantity analysis of RNA is common. Accurate assessment of both quality and quantity is critical for many of the post-extraction applications such as microarray analysis, real time PCR, cDNA synthesis, gene expression studies, etc.

If researchers want to use analytical instruments for doing quantity and quality assessments, they have two choices: microfluidic or capillary-based.

The NGS Fragment Analyzer™ demonstrates both better sizing and quantification accuracy/reproducibility than any other analytical method (see Table). This means that results can be appraised with confidence for one sample, or 12 samples and from one run to the next.

The following factors allow the application of NGS Fragment Analyzer™ for improving quantity and quality analysis of RNA:

  1. A specifically formulated QC-performance test Kit for RNA analysis.
  2. Superior instrument design - coupling a sensitive detector with a high quality optics system.
  3. Superior capillary design - separation over 80cm capillary versus <1 cm micro channel.
