I want to Decrease Labor Prep Time
Decreasing labor and preparation time is becoming increasingly important in most laboratories and operations. This is true whether a given lab is receiving more and more samples for analysis, or whether RNA analysis is just one of many steps in a process. The AdvanCE™ FS Nucleic Acids Analyzer can free up researcher/technician time by eliminating:
- formaldehyde gel preparation.
- sample processing prior to separation
- and potentially the need for multiple analytical instruments.
In a typical run, both the sample plate handling and the face time in front of the AdvanCE™ FS Nucleic Acids Analyzer require less than five minutes. After the instrument is prepared for daily runs (loading marker plate, filling deep well buffer tray and placing gel on the HPLC pump), sample plates are loaded onto the instrument and the operational software is executed from pre-set or saved methods.
Subsequent runs draw gel and conditioning solution automatically through the capillaries from the HPLC pump, cleaning out the system and eliminating carryover. Analysis of results is also streamlined using PROSize⢠Analytical Software.
The following design features of the AdvanCE™ FS Nucleic Acids Analyzer decrease labor and preparation time to results:
- Automated filling of capillaries by HPLC pump.
- Superior instrument design to handle up to 3 x 96 well plates at one time (192 samples).
- Analytical software package capable of automated analysis and report.
