I want to Increase Detection Sensitivity
A highly sensitive analytical instrument can improve results discovery by allowing researchers to unequivocally visualize DNA fragments. Due to the superior design of the AdvanCE™ FS Nucleic Acids Analyzer, high sensitivity is achieved, even in the presence of high salt solutions.
In comparison to manual slab gels and most of the other analytical instruments designed for dsDNA fragment analysis, the AdvanCE™ FS Nucleic Acids Analyzer can detect single DNA fragments as low as 5pg/μL with a signal to noise ratio of 3:1. In addition to visualization, rapid and accurate quantification of fragments is possible with PROSize™.
