Warrants
Advanced Analytical is committed to providing quality instruments and reagents as well as excellent customer service. Knowing our customers helps us to understand what is important and what is needed with regards to products ordered, shipping requirements and turnaround time. By being committed to excellent customer service, we are able to work easily with our customers and find the right reagents to fit their needs.
Instruments
All of our instruments have a one year warranty covering all parts from manufacturer defect. Within the first year, Advanced Analytical will, under normal operation conditions as outlined in the user manual, repair the instrument.
Reagents
All reagents are manufactured under GLP conditions by highly trained associates. The dedicated staff follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and understands the dynamics of the reagents and the instruments they are manufactured for. The reagents are prepared in a dedicated Consumable Facility containing state-of-the-art equipment. Each batch of finished product is manufactured using best quality raw ingredients and materials. By following GLP guidelines and rigid SOP criteria, we consistently produce quality reagents, buffers and standards.
Prior to release, each batch of finished product under goes rigorous quality checks to ensure optimum performance. Review of documentation ensures proper traceability and consistency of these products. Continuous ongoing quality and statistical reviews guarantees products stability is maintained. Each batch of product is retained and stored under recommended storage conditions. Periodic review of the retained product is tested to ensure performance is consistent for the life of the reagent.
All reagents have been tested for shelf life stability under a variety of conditions. Recommended storage conditions and expiration dates can be found on the product label and on the information sheets. Storage at the stated conditions will result in optimum performance.
All products are made on site at one location and shipped directly to the customer. Most products are inventoried and available for shipping allowing most products to be shipped in less than a week from receiving the order; some products can be shipped the day an ordered is received, if requested. Routinely, products are shipped "ground" and a few using overnight delivery. Mode of delivery is dependent on the storage condition of the product (-20C, 4C etc). Customers can request faster delivery if the product is needed sooner than normal ground delivery timeframes.
All products contain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The MSDS's can be found on the MSDS page(s)
Capillary Array Cartridges (CAC) Boxes
All of the CAC boxes are made with bare fused silica capillaries, platinum electrodes and high quality electronic components ensuring optimum performance for the lifetime of the capillary array. Skilled 'artisans' build each capillary array, by-hand, to guarantee precise placement and positioning of the capillaries within the array. Because of the precise build requirement and subsequent Quality Control process used to test, validate and document the performance of each capillary in the array.
Array production can take up to one week to complete. Following the rigorous QC process, the capillary array is dried out for storage. Prior to shipment, each capillary is tested again to ensure the capillaries are open and ready for use.
With each shipment, documentation of the last separation performed through the capillary array is provided and should show the expected performance. At installation, the user should follow the detailed installation instructions and run the appropriate test to confirm proper operation of the array.
